Our Mission

Our Mission is simple.  Return to the basics of medicine with a vested interest in our patients, community and staff.  We offer a healthcare model based on quality of service rather than quantity.  Our efforts are carried out by providers that have  a solid footprint in this community, a dedicated patient base and a proven track record.  By incorporating knowledge, skill and process at the center of our practice, the Patient Provider Relationship will be developed, nurtured, valued and maintained.

Stephen Remine, M.D.

After spending years in the academic and scientific medical world, I have discovered that there is so much more to medicine than just being technically good and up to date with the latest literature.

By listening and trying to understand the entire person who is seeking help, we have the opportunity to do an even greater good. Having done a long career from the Lahey Clinic to Cleveland Clinic, and Carilion Clinic with 18 years of acute/trauma care, I discovered that for many with hidden issues of substance or behavioral problems that if these are not openly addressed often the physical issues don’t frequently improve. Listening, caring, and supporting are often needed. Medically do the best available and listen to treat the whole person.
