Our Mission
Our Mission is simple. Return to the basics of medicine with a vested interest in our patients, community and staff. We offer a healthcare model based on quality of service rather than quantity. Our efforts are carried out by providers that have a solid footprint in this community, a dedicated patient base and a proven track record. By incorporating knowledge, skill and process at the center of our practice, the Patient Provider Relationship will be developed, nurtured, valued and maintained.

Stephen Remine, M.D.
After spending years in the academic and scientific medical world, I have discovered that there is so much more to medicine than just being technically good and up to date with the latest literature.
By listening and trying to understand the entire person who is seeking help, we have the opportunity to do an even greater good. Over a long career at the Lahey Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, and Carilion Clinic, including 18 years of acute and trauma care, I found that for many patients with hidden substance or behavioral issues, physical problems often do not improve unless those issues are openly addressed. Listening, caring, and supporting are often needed. Medically do the best available and listen to treat the whole person.

I am passionate about serving others and strive to make a positive difference in every person’s day. My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of my life and inspires me to treat every patient with compassion, kindness, and respect. I truly enjoy being part of the Urgent Care team, where I have the opportunity to help people during times when they need care the most. Whether I’m educating patients about our services, assisting with their healthcare needs, or simply offering a friendly smile, my goal is to make every patient feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
